A cost-effective,environmentally-friendly alternative
In 1990, the Rohrbaugh Company opened its recycling department. With increasing cost of new lumber and environmental concerns, our customers were looking for an alternative solution. The process begins by dismantling incoming used pallets on Clary band dismantlers. The components are sorted by thickness and trimmed on double-edge trim saws to the customer's specific specifications. The pallets are then assembled on our Viking Champion nailing machine. Using the nailing machine insures a consistent, even platform.
