Our closed-loop repair system saves you money
Along with recycled / remanufactured pallets, the Rohrbaugh Company also repairs many types of pallets. The grocery industry uses the standard 48x40" GMA pallet. These pallets are retrieved and brought back to our facility for repair. The pallets are repaired and categorized into 3 grades. This process continues through the pallet's useful life. In addition to GMA pallets, the Rohrbaugh Company repairs customer-specific pallets who maintain a closed-loop system. We first produce a new pallet for the customer. They load the pallet with their product and ship to their respective customers. The pallet is then returned to the Rohrbaugh Company for repair and the process repeats. Having a closed-loop system dramatically reduces the cost-per-trip of pallets.
